  1. Introduction
    You will be able to access most area of this website without registering your details with us.
    Certain areas of this website are only open to you if you register.

  2. Ordering from us
    1. As part of our checkout process you will be able to check your order.
      We will send you via email an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
    2. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.
      We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.
      When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment
      has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept
      your order or you have cancelled your order.
    3. We may refuse to accept an order:
      1. Where goods are not available;
      2. Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
      3. If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
      4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

    1. Delivery within Jakarta

      Rp.25.000/ delivery.
      All deliveries within Jakarta will arrive within 3-5 working days (exclude weekends sat & sun).

  4. Caring for leather shoes
    Care of leather shoes is not just about making your shoes look good.
    It’s also about preserving to the life of your leather shoes.
    CLEAN:
    Remove dirt by cleaning with leather cleaner made specifically for smooth leathers.
    You can use saddle soap or a smooth leather shoe cleaner.

    CONDITION:
    Conditioning your leather shoes will help soften and moisturize the leather,
    and protect it from drying out and cracking.
    Certain types of leather, and shoes worn in dryer climates might need to be conditioned more often.
    Rub small amounts of conditioner into the shoe, until the entire shoe has been covered with
    conditioner and wipe after few minutes.

    POLISH:
    Apply the polish to a small, less conspicuous area of the shoe to test and be sure the color is right.

    PRESERVE & WEATHERPROOF:
    Weatherproofing your leather shoes will help to protect them from water and other elements
    that can shorten the life of your shoes.

    To keep your bag in the best condition, we suggest:

    • Don’t leave your python handbag in the sun for a long time,
      as the leather can get dried out or lose its color;
    • Keep the handbag away from radiators or other sources of heat;
    • Avoid spilling drinks or liquids on the leather as  python skin,
      being a natural leather absorbs everything;
    • Avoid using your python handbag on rainy days, to preserve the leather from water damage.
    • Don’t use any cleaning agents or products on the leather because they could damage it;

    What to do if the leather gets wet or dirty: our suggestions

    • If the leather gets wet, it is sufficient to allow it to dry naturally.
      Don't use any kind of household appliance (such as a hairdryer)
      and never put your handbag directly over a source of heat.
    • If the handbag gets wet, the leather can become a little darker
      but it will still keep its original design.
      Put your handbag in a dry place, away from any direct heat source and let it dry naturally.
    • If the handbag is dirty, clean it gently using a soft, damp cloth.
